AMAZING!! Everyone there is friendly and go out of their way to make everything right. I first started going there 2 years ago, after a hit  and run accident. They helped get me a rental car and fixed my car like new. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is SAFE and fixed properly. I would recommend Kaiser to anyone and everyone. Steve Cioppa handled the repair work on my wife's Lexus while we were away on vacation. He was extremely knowledgeable and customer-friendly. After a communications disconnect on the vehicle pick up, Steve personally took care of the issue and made the vehicle available on the weekend even though it was his day off and the shop was closed. My wife says it's the best the car has looked since she drove it from the dealership brand new in 2007. I would recommend Kaiser to any and all.

Had some grill / bumper work that needed to be done and never thought of taking my business to anyone but Kaisers. Steve was again my point of contact and again I received some of the best customer service I've ever had in any context. Steve takes the stress out of the entire process. Transparency and solid communication along with excellent service techs and professional standards had my car returned to me looking better then it did before any of my issues.

Outstanding service and friendly! They replaced my trunk latch for a CR-V in about 30 min. Also they have an impressive 733 unique model cars in their shop! Worth checking out even if you don't need body shop service.

Hit the curb pulling into a parking spot and gave Kaiser a call because the  front bumper fell off.  They had me come over immediately and were a pleasure to work with.  They quickly got me in and fixed my bumper within minutes.  Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.  I would highly recommend Kaiser Body Shop to anyone.

This operation is top notch. 3 years ago they corrected paint  blemishes that were on my SUV when i bought it brand new. Absolutely NO sign of where they did the repair On Monday 6-20-2016 I stopped in with no appointment or call to show them a spot on door where another car door dinged the paint off to the metal, and now started to rust. Steve looked at my door, had his shop fix it immediately, plus they touched in another spot, and then the did n9t charge me. I live in Saratoga and the drive is well worth the superior customer service and workmanship.

The gang at Kaiser is fantastic!  Have brought cars for repairs multiple times and Steve and everybody always does a great job. Would never go anyplace else. They go above and beyond!

 The work they do on my car is so perfect it seems as if nothing ever happened in he first place. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Steve. They really know what good customer service means and how to execute it. If you ever need any repairs done Kaiser's body shop is your best option.

Kaiser Auto Body offers you the best service that is cost efficient. I am a big believer in you get what you pay for and I have never been disappointed at this shop. Steve, a gentlemen in the office just recently assisted me when my car got into an accident. He walked me through the entire process step by step and was so very helpful when dealing with the Insurance Company. His knowledge about the field he is in was complete and thorough as well as informative. People like him are what make you want to go to the local businesses. If you need a repair, you can't go wrong choosing Kaiser Auto Body! A job done well and a job done right.

Kaiser is awesome!! Went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. Steve did an amazing job getting some large scratches out of my car and making it look new again. Top quality facility, and they didn't try to rip me off. This was my second experience with Kaiser Body Shop and again it was excellent.  In October, 2015 a car backed into my wife's BMW sedan, at the passenger side rear door and quarter panel.  Kaiser did such a nice job that it looks like a new car.  I recommend this body shop. I am an attorney in Albany, NY and this is my second Google review.

My experience at Kaiser's was exceptional!  The side panel of my passengers side door and my bumper had to be repaired.  My friend referred me to Kaiser's and I am happy to have given them my business.  Steve and staff made getting my car fixed a very easy and pleasant experience.  I left there feeling that my car was in good care.  I couldn't be happier with the work that was done!  I would highly recommend Kaiser Body Shop to anyone.  They were a pleasure to work with!

We've brought our van in for repair after our mechanic was unable to determine how to fix our passenger door. We were delighted with the results! Some time later, the door seemed to be acting up again. We brought it in and the door operates smoothly once again. The staff at Kaiser's is professional, honest and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any body work needed!
